Firstly, relaunch your app, someone may have reserved the vehicle just before you, and it is no longer available. If this is not the case, contact our customer service at bonjour@leoandgo.com or 04 28 29 29 20.




How long can I reserve my Leo&Go?


For 15 minutes.




How many Leo&Go cars can I reserve at the same time?


You can only reserve one Leo&Go at a time.




My reservation failed, what do I do?


If your reservation was unsuccessful, you can retry and reserve a Leo&Go again. However, please note, after 3 failed reservations, your reservation option will be blocked.




What is the "pause" mode?


If you wish to take a break during your trip yet still want to keep your car, you can use the pause mode and continue driving your car when you want to finish your trip. To do this, simply click on "pause" in the app and "resume" when you want to continue your trip. During the pause mode you pay the standard pricing.




Where can I drive?


You can go anywhere during your trip, even outside the designated Leo&Go zone! For example, you can take your Leo&Go to Lyon and drive to the mountains. The only rule is you need to park your car in the Leo&Go zone to complete your trip.




How do I end my rental?


To end your rental, all you have to do is park your car in the Leo&Go designated zone on the public road. Also, don't forget to lock your car on the app.
