Inscription
Anyone over the age of 21 who has held a European driving license for at least 2 years.
It's very simple, first download the Leo&Go app and register. Once your account has been validated, all you have to do is book your car directly from the app. Once in front of your car you can unlock it and start your journey. If you wish, you can even take a break during your journey and resume your vehicle. Finally, rest your car in the Leo&Go area in an authorized place on the public road and lock the vehicle.

European driving licenses (European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) valid for more than 2 years.
With Leo&Go, zero registration fees! It's free !
To register, we need your personal information (last name, first name, email, etc.) as well as a photo of your driver's license, your identity card and your credit card.
We confirm that a second driver is possible, however this driver must have an approved Leo&Go account for insurance reasons.
Registration for Leo&Go is free, do not hesitate to invite the second driver to also register if necessary.
Réservation
First, relaunch your app, someone may have reserved the vehicle just before you and it is no longer available.
If this is not the case, contact our customer service at bonjour@leoandgo.com or 04 28 29 29 20.
You can reserve your Leo&Go for free for 15 minutes.
Yes, depending on the trip you want to make, remember to check that the range of the vehicle indicated in the app is sufficient.
You can only book one Leo&Go at a time.
If your reservation failed, you can rebook a Leo&Go. Attention, after 3 missed reservations, your reservation option will be blocked.
During your journey, if you wish to stop while keeping your vehicle, you can use the pause mode and resume your car whenever you wish to complete your journey. To do this, simply click on "pause" in the app and "resume" when you want to continue your journey.
The “pause” mode can for example be used to go shopping, leaving the car parked in a parking lot.
Standard pricing applies for the duration of the break.
You can drive anywhere during your trip, even outside the Leo&Go zone! For example, you can pick up your Leo&Go in Lyon and go to the mountains. The only rule is to park your car in the Leo&Go area to complete your ride.
To finalize your rental, all you have to do is park your car in the Leo&Go area in an authorized space on the public road. Don't forget to lock your vehicle on the app.
To complete your rental, you must park in an authorized public space within the Leo&Go service area, shown in purple in the app, which includes Lyon, Villeurbanne, Caluire-et-Cuire, Écully, Bron, and Saint-Exupéry Airport.
You can also end your trip in our reserved parking spaces in Lyon’s 3rd, 6th, and 7th districts.

Pré-réservation
To pre-book your Leo&Go, log in to your account on the Leo&Go app and click on the “Later” tab at the top of the app screen.
You can pre-book your Leo&Go up to 24 hours before your departure date.
The vehicle will be blocked for 15 minutes from the exact date and time indicated when pre-booking. Be punctual :)
The pre-booked vehicle will be available on the date and time indicated, as close as possible to the address entered and within a maximum radius of 500 meters from the address indicated during the pre-booking.< /p>
You can pre-book a Toyota Aygo X, a Yaris Hybrid, a Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid, a Renault Kangoo E-Tech (3 m³), a Proace City (4 m³), or a Ford Transit (6 m³).
Pre-booking a Leo&Go costs 10 euros.
You can cancel your pre-booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure. For a cancellation less than 24 hours before your departure, the pre-booking fee of €10 remains due.
The reservation allows you to rent a vehicle in real time, once the vehicle is reserved you will have 15 minutes to go to the vehicle and unlock it.
Pre-booking allows you to get a head start by pre-booking a vehicle for a specific date and time.

To get started, unlock the vehicle from the app. Then make yourself comfortable and follow the instructions given in the user guide in the car:
In Yaris or e-208:
1/ Press the START button to start
2/ Engage the gear lever with D (drive) or B (eco) to move forward or R to reverse
In Kangoo :
1/ Turn the key until "READY" is displayed on the dashboard
2/ While remaining on the brake, choose between D (forward) and R (reverse) speed
Pause mode allows you to temporarily leave your vehicle. After selecting the “Pause” mode on the Leo&Go app, the vehicle doors lock automatically. It will reopen by selecting “Resume the journey”.The “pause” mode can for example be used to go shopping, leaving the car parked in a parking lot.
If you are on a break but no longer have network connection, activate only Bluetooth (turn off Wi-Fi/enable airplane mode) to resume your trip.
The Toyota Aygo X is compact and easy to park in the city, while also being suitable for longer trips.
The Toyota Yaris is ideal for going further and for weekend trips, as it offers greater driving range.
The Toyota Yaris Cross is ideal for family trips, as it provides greater capacity.
The Renault Kangoo E-Tech and the Toyota Proace City are the perfect utility vehicles for transporting your equipment, with cargo volumes of 3 m³ and 4 m³.
The Ford Transit and the Maxus Deliver 7 are the perfect utility vehicles for moving house, with large cargo capacities of 6 m³ and 7 m³.
The Leo&Go are very comfortable! They are equipped with a spacious trunk, 5 seats, GPS and air conditioning.
No, pets are not allowed in Leo&Go.
No, smoking is not allowed in Leo&Go.
Yes, our Leo&Go can accommodate a baby seat.
You can borrow a baby seat by contacting us at bonjour@leoandgo.com, at least 5 days before your departure to check availability.

Our vehicles are already charged, so you don’t need to do anything!
If needed, for hybrid vehicles, when the fuel level becomes too low, you can refuel (SP95) and submit the receipt directly through the Leo&Go mobile app under the “Fuel Reimbursement” section.
For the Renault Kangoo E-Tech, if the battery level becomes too low, you can go to a charging station (charging cable not provided).
To allow us to pick up the vehicle after your trip, you must return it with a minimum range of 20km.
For the airport area, the minimum range is 40km.
In this case, the vehicle must be returned to the Leo&Go zone.
When starting a trip, you have the possibility to report damage to the vehicle directly in the application, via the "Check vehicle status" functionality. If damage is caused to the vehicle during the journey, it must be reported to our customer service on 04 28 29 29 20, or by email at bonjour@leoandgo.com.
Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport has several parking spaces reserved for Leo&Go users in parking lot P4 (in the electric vehicle zone, marked on the ground with Leo&Go signage), just a few minutes’ walk from the terminals and the SNCF train station. You may park in one of these spaces reserved for Leo&Go.
It is forbidden to park in spaces reserved for charging stations!

The Leo&Go rates are available on the "rates" page of our website.
Leo&Go fares automatically adapt to the duration of your trip, you don't have to do anything!
Leo&Go offers an all-inclusive rate (insurance, parking on public roads in authorized spaces, charging). To know all the terms and conditions, go to our "rates" page.
To use your promo code, log into your account on the app then go to the "my free minutes" section and enter your code. It will be applied on your next trip.

To make Leo&Go accessible to everyone, we offer a solidarity rate for users eligible for social benefits (RSA, Prime d'activité, ASS, AER-R, ATA, ADA, AAH, ASI, AV, ASV, ASPA) based on income and/or the TCL solidarity tariff. To apply, please contact us at bonjour@leoandgo.com.
Cars with discounts are cars that benefit from a 20% discount on journeys up to 2 hours inclusive.
In the application, cars symbolized by a “%” allow you to easily identify discounted Leo&Gos.
The 20% discount only applies to your journeys up to 2 hours inclusive.
At the end of your trip, the discount is automatically applied to your bill.
The reduction will not be applied to packages of more than two hours.
Does not apply to specific rates (student rate, solidarity rate, etc.).

When registering for Leo&Go, you can enter the referral code received from one of your relatives. Your advantage then appears in the "My credits" section and 5€ will be usable as soon as your account is validated by our teams.

The Leo Fréquence subscription is a €4.99/month plan that gives you 10% off the standard rate, from 1 minute up to the 6-hour package included. The 10% discount does not apply beyond the 6-hour package, nor to airport fees or unlocking fees.
Example pricing for a 1-hour trip:
Without subscription: €15.49 (unlocking €1.49 + 1-hour package €14)
With Leo Fréquence: €14.09 (unlocking €1.49 + 1-hour package €12.60)
To sign up for the Leo Frequency subscription, log into your account on the app, then go to "My Account" and "Subscription". Check the "Leo Frequency" box and click "Save".
The payment of your subscription is monthly, you will receive a direct debit on the credit card registered on your account at the date of subscription and then monthly. An invoice of 4,99€ will be available in the "My invoices" section.
To cancel your Leo Frequence subscription, log into your account on the app, then go to "My Account" and "Subscription". Check the "Leo Freedom" box and click "Save". The subscription will be terminated at the end of the current period. During this month, you continue to benefit from your -10% discount.
For example, if you take out a subscription on January 4, and you cancel it on January 6, you will continue to benefit from it until February 4.
Service client / Assurance
Deductible Reduction is an option that allows you to reduce your at-fault damage deductible for a worry-free trip. The options apply to Leo&Go service. Learn more about the different deductible reduction options here.
You will be able to choose your deductible option in the app when you start your trip. Simply check the option you choose and it will be applied at the end of your paid trip.
The franchise reduction allows you to choose the level of protection for your vehicle during your trip. There are three levels of franchise:
Included Protection Franchise: €900 for city cars, family cars, and small vans; €1500 for large vans This option is automatically included at no additional cost.
Protection Plus Reduced franchise: €300 for city cars, family cars, and small vans; €750 for large vans
Protection Pretium Reduced franchise: €150 for city cars, family cars, and small vans; €350 for large vans
How to apply it:
The franchise reduction must be selected at the start of each trip.
If you take multiple trips in the same day, you need to select it at the start of each trip to benefit from the protection.
Examples:
For Protection Plus on a city or family car for 2 days and 1 hour:€9.99 × 2 days + €0.99 × 1 hour = €19.98 + €0.99 = €20.97
For a 30-minute trip with Protection Plus on a city car: €0.99
For a 45-minute trip with Protection Plus on a van: €1.99
The reduction of the deductible only applies to responsible damage to the vehicle. The other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall apply, in particular in the event that the Customer is liable for other flat-rate charges.
The deductible reduction rate remains the same if you have special pricing.

If the customer is responsible for the damage, a deductible of up to €900 (and up to €1,500 for our 6 m³ and 7 m³ utility vehicles) will be charged, provided the user has complied with the Terms and Conditions of Service. If the user has not complied with these terms, the customer must pay the full cost of repairing the vehicle.
The Leo&Go vehicle comes with comprehensive insurance, including the mandatory civil liability coverage for the driver and passengers for any material or bodily damage caused to third parties. This insurance also covers bodily injuries to the driver and passengers transported under safe conditions inside the vehicle, as well as damage to the vehicle itself (a deductible applies).
In the event of an accident or vehicle damage, the driver is covered by collision/damage insurance. However, the user is responsible for paying a deductible of up to €900 (and up to €1,500 for our 6 m³ and 7 m³ utility vehicles) if they are at fault for the damage.
Leo Spots
Leo Spots are the points of interest symbolized by a yellow pin with a star on the app's map. These are good deals around Lyon with exclusive offers from our partners and/or on your journey when you take a break there for more than an hour during your Leo&Go journey.
1/ To discover the Leo Spots, log in to your account and zoom out the map to see all the Leo Spots symbolized by yellow pins.
2/ Click on it to discover the exclusive offer from our partner and/or on your next trip.
3/ To take advantage of it, go to the Leo Spot in Leo&Go. Pause your trip for at least an hour at the precise location of the Leo Spot. Your credits will be added to your account for your next ride!
To receive the credit shown on Leo Spot, pause your vehicle for at least one hour at the exact location indicated on Leo Spot. Your credit will be automatically applied to your next trip and is valid for two months.
To get directions, click on the Leo Spot and then click "Get Directions".
Programme fidélité
The Leo&Go loyalty program rewards all our users! When you join the program, you earn points for every trip: €1 spent = 10 points. These points can be accumulated and then exchanged for Leo&Go credits or exclusive partner offers. To join the program, simply create a Leo&Go account and start riding!
Earning points is easy: drive with Leo&Go. You automatically earn points for every euro you spend: €1 spent = 10 points. The more you drive, the more you earn! For example, if your final bill is €22, you'll receive 220 points. Points are capped at 1,000 points per trip.
To access your loyalty account and discover all our partner offers, simply go to “my loyalty points” in the Leo&Go app.
Yes, your points are cumulative! You can accumulate them as much as you like and spend them whenever you like.
Yes, your points expire 1 year after you earn your first points. After one year, the pool will be reset to zero. Don't forget to use them and treat yourself!
You can check your points balance directly in the application in the “My loyalty points” section. You will then have access to your points pool on the loyalty program portal.
You can use your points in two different ways:
In the form of partner offers: redeem your points for exclusive partner offers: gift cards, special discounts, experiences...! You'll automatically receive your promotional code by e-mail.
In the form of credits: convert your points into Leo&Go credits. For example, with 1000 points, you can get x € of credits. Once the credits have been purchased, they will be added directly to your account and can be consulted in the “my credits” section of the app. Credits are valid for 3 months.
No, points are not transferable. They are linked to your personal account and cannot be shared with other users.
