The Leo Frequency subscription is a €4.99/month subscription that allows you to benefit from a 10% discount on the standard rate from 1 minute up to and including the 9-hour plan. The preferential rate of -10% does not apply beyond the 9-hour plan, on airport fees and on unlocking fees.

Example of pricing for a 1-hour trip:

Without subscription: €13 (unlocking €1 + 1 hour pass €12)

With Leo Fréquence : €11,80 (unlocking €1 + 1 hour pass €10,80)

To sign up for the Leo Frequency subscription, log into your account on the app, then go to "My Account" and "Subscription". Check the "Leo Frequency" box and click "Save".

The payment of your subscription is monthly, you will receive a direct debit on the credit card registered on your account at the date of subscription and then monthly. An invoice of 4,99€ will be available in the "My invoices" section.

To cancel your Leo Frequence subscription, log into your account on the app, then go to "My Account" and "Subscription". Check the "Leo Freedom" box and click "Save". The subscription will be terminated at the end of the current period. During this month, you continue to benefit from your -10% discount.

For example, if you take out a subscription on January 4, and you cancel it on January 6, you will continue to benefit from it until February 4.
